• Wedding or event date, venue, and planning details shared during booking
• Payment information when you book services (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers)

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and general location (city/region level), via standard website analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and communicate about your booking
• To plan and deliver photography/videography services (timelines, contracts, invoices)

• To fulfill album and print orders through our production partners

• Squarespace — our website host and form/booking platform
• Payment processors — Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Stripe (for credit card payments) — to securely process deposits and payments
• ZNO — our album and print production partner (order details and selected images only, as needed to produce your order)
• Ken Color Lab (Fairview, NJ) — our album and print production partner (selected images only, as needed to produce your order)
• Pic-Time — our online client gallery platform, used to deliver your final images

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific service and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing purposes.

5. Photos, Video & Client Images

Images and video captured during your session are used to fulfill your order and, unless you opt out, may also be used in our portfolio, website, and social media as described in our Terms of Service (Section 7). We do not share your images with unrelated third parties beyond the production partners listed above.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with tax/legal obligations, and maintain business records. Final image and video galleries are hosted on Pic-Time and kept available for 90 days after delivery, after which they may be removed. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their own copies of photos and videos within this window — we recommend saving your files to at least two separate locations (e.g., a computer and a cloud backup) as soon as your gallery is delivered.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You can:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to any records we're legally required to retain)
• Opt out of promotional emails at any time (a link is included in every marketing email)
• Opt out of portfolio/marketing use of your images at any time, as described in our Terms of Service

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website forms.
